Hi Rui,
The best place to do this is to use the 'clash detection' (and not the advanced queries).
In the clashdetection settings you can specify the 'margin'. This is the minimum overlap of a clash between two objects. When you set this to 10 (for example) only objects that clash 10mm or more will be reported.
(the feature was originaly used to avoid the 0.000001mm clashed that occur on float-int rounding of numbers).
When you set the margin to a negative value (for example -20) the clashdetection will report the objects that conflict each other when the have a virtual offset of 20mm.
I think this is what you are looking for!
In the clashdetection tab there is also an option to filter objecttypes (of IFC) and subprojects. This makes it possible to clash only piping and structural elements (for example). A (Dutch) screencast about the configuration might help out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEi5K0... -
