    Your question can have several answers.
    The open source BIMserver software is free and gratis to use.
    You can download it and install it on your own server, or on a (amazon, rackspace, ...) cloudserver.
    In that case you have complete control over your own server.
    It's also possible to hire a company to do this for you.
    There are several service providers that could host a solution for you.
    In this case you will get 'stress free' hosting.
